Successful Completion of Customer Audit Focusing on Quality and Environmental Management Systems

    Wisevision is pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive audit conducted by a key customer, SAGEMCOM from France, focusing on our quality and environmental management systems from 15^th January, 2025 to 17^th January, 2025. The audit covered the entire production process, from incoming material inspection to after-sales service, and included a thorough review of our ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

The audit was meticulously planned and executed, with the following key areas:

 Incoming Quality Control (IQC):

     Verification of inspection items for all incoming materials.

     Emphasis on critical specification control requirements.

     Assessment of material characteristics and storage conditions.

Warehouse Management:

     Evaluation of warehouse environment and material categorization.

     Review of labeling and compliance with material storage requirements.

Production Line Operations:

    Inspection of operational requirements and control points at each production stage.

    Assessment of working conditions and Final Quality Control (FQC) sampling criteria and judgment standards.

ISO Dual System Operation:

   Comprehensive review of the operational status and records of both ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 systems. 

    SAGEMCOM company expressed high satisfaction with our production line layout and control measures. They particularly commended our strict adherence to ISO system requirements in daily operations. Additionally, the team provided valuable suggestions for improvement in the areas of warehouse management and incoming material inspection.
